We had a spring break on our garage door. Ori came out the next morning. He replaced the springs and the motor, since it was quite old. He also oiled the mechanism and checked that it all worked properly. I’d highly recommend Summit Garage Door. They communicated with me all the way along and did a great job.

Fast and friendly, same day service. Highly recommend! Ori was awesome. Our garage broke last night and we had to take out our cars and just leave it closed until we could get it fixed. We called one company and they said they were a month out. No thanks!!! We called Summit Garage Doors and they said probably tomorrow. Summit Garage Doors, recently and very successfully installed my garage door. Eldad graciously explained all the details of garage door construction, and explicitly what to avoid: high maintenance and overlay complications. We both agreed that simplicity was a sound choice for me. Eldad assisted in preparing my garage for the installation. He explained that a few wires would need to be rerouted. He also followed up with me after the installation to check for any problems. it works perfectly.

Very thankful for Eldad and team, they fit me in last minute in their busy day for a consult and repair for a garage door that had collapsed on us in our home. This was our second time calling for their service- the first in which he had installed a motor and arms for our remote gate into our home. Fast service, and very knowledagable. I was explained why and how my motor works and what each individual part does so I can understand what I’m putting my money into or when this part needs a repair/ when it needs replacement. My 1958 wood double garage door had big gaps allowing debris and bugs to enter. Elijah assessed the door and besides replacing the nailed on old seal with a seal retainer, to also replace the rollers as the door was noisy and grinds, and balance and adjust my neglected door. Elijah did a fantastic job, the door is so quiet and smooth now. He had hand tightened every bolt on the door and new seal will keep bugs and debris out now. No upsale at all from this company. Just a pleasure to have such professional service. Elijah also took time to test all opener operation, external entry pad and set the proper time on opener. Services above and beyond! Working with Summit Garage Doors was an outstanding experience. My goal included three main points: 1. To have a high-quality garage door that worked well, looked great and lasted a long time; 2. To get a fair price; and 3. To have a pleasant time working with the personnel. Summit was excellent in all areas. My new door is beautiful and strong. It is three-layered steel construction, insulated and has interior steel backing for added strength and durability. I was very impressed with Elijah who came and evaluated my problem and decided the door did need to be replaced. Eldad worked to go ahead and get other estimates. (I like to be conscientious to the Lord Jesus on how I spend the money He has provided for me.) Javier came out and did the replacement and installation in less than 3 hours. He is so efficient, but he did let me ask questions. He also left and excellent clean-up when he was done. I know from the process of getting estimates that I got a very fair deal. I had previous experience with Summit. I kept my receipt and so I was happy to use them again. I heartily recommend Summit Garage Doors.

HONEST! I spoke with Eldad at Summit about an issue and let him know I had a different provider scheduled. Eldad was in the area anyways and volunteered to stop by, he mentioned the issue was a misaligned sensor and the garage door opener was stuck in “locked” mode. He corrected it for free and did not try to push other services or push for an unnecessary repair. I’ve noticed the top results on Google for garage door repair seem to link to companies that subcontract out work. Summit is an independent honest local company, I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Our garage door motor popped and started smoking and it seemed like a complete loss. We also had an undiagnosed grinding sound for what seems like years. Eldad came over same day and figured out what was wrong, problem solved with us for the best solution, corrected the underlying cause, and resolved everything in a manner that avoided us having to replace the whole system. He was punctual, polite, super helpful and professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly enthusiastically recommend!

I needed my garage door adjusted. I called Summit Garage Doors. Their communication making an appointment was excellent. Elijah, the technician, arrive at the appointed time. With a small tweak the problem was solved. He then patiently and clearly explained other aspects of the door's operation and how to maintain it to keep it working well. The original garage door with huge springs dangerously slammed closed, my vehicle inside. I was afraid I'd have to get a whole new door for this 1953 house. Summit got me in right away and Elijah was able to adjust the weight and re-balance. Not everyone knows how to work with these heavy old doors and huge springs. Good work, nice to work with.

This is now the second time I've used Summit Garage for repairs. I called and spoke to Eldad. He was so patient and truly wanted to help me. We exchanged some pictures via text and he confirmed quickly he'd have someone come by the house the next day. Elijah showed up promptly and was very professional. He explained exactly what he was going to inspect, then talk to me about his findings. Then explained what was going to do and the cost. In about 1 1/2 hours, he fixed my garage! I will only use this company for these services and will recommend them to friends and family.

I was having a problem with garage door hanging up & not closing and then the motor burned up. It was actually a very old unit. I called Summit based on other reviews. They said they could come out same day and gave me a window of time. They kept in touch, came within the time frame, gave me a reasonable estimate and fixed my problems all the same day. I am so relieved and pleased with their work. The technician was very polite and considerate and thorough when explaining the work. I am very happy to recommend them for garage door issues.
